i like this boy alot and he is quiet and has a deep voice but he glances at me every once in a while

You could have put more information, but i'll figure this out. All guys have a different signal to tell girls they like them. Some guys tease, some guys stare. Most shy guys stare. Chances are, if this guy stares at you a lot then maybe he does like you. But since he's shy, he's too nervous to tell you flat out that he likes you. You make the first move, and hopefully everything will go smoothly from there.
