It is a healthy way to lose weight and it is a free site. It's like having your private nutritionist.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. It is free with support from the members and a real neat site. I'm really impressed.
Enjoy!
God Bless!

It's a start, but that's a huge weight loss for 3 weeks. Fruits and veggies, plus lean protein, plus running, and you can see some progress (assuming you're eating less and moving more than your normal weeks).
15-20 is a little overly ambitious, but you might as well take a shot at it. I would expect something more like 8-12 pounds for that time frame if you're doing nothing currently. If you're already dieting and exercising, then 4-6 is more likely the max.
As a nutritionist, I'd like for you (when this temporary need is over) to make some more permanent dietary adjustments and to retain the exercise, and then just keep the weight off for good. You know?

Ok, woah! That's quite a bit of weight to lose in 21 days and it's unhealthy for your body to go through such a rigorous transition. It's a great to want to lose weight (if you think you need to) by eating healthy and working out often. It's great, actually. Go for it, but don't starve yourself. Be sure to eat meat with your fruits and veggies and some "grains" as well... Cut out pop, candy, chips, pastries, treat yourself to ice cream once or twice a week (a cup) and munch on nuts, dried fruit, raw veggies/fruit and yogurt. It's ok to have chocolate every now and again. I strongly suggest not depriving yourself of everything you like or want becuase you are SO susceptable to binge snacking and eating... Good luck! If you want any other help, I have some other good tips.

It's a plan that would set you up for failure after you do all that you will end up binging and gaining all the weight back 15-20 pounds in 3 weeks is not realistic. 1-2 pounds is. and only doing that you will probably be to tired and hungry to run. find a healthy diet

three weeks is a really short amount of time! maybe you should make it 10lbs and running for 30 min wont burn to many cals so u should run like 3 miles in 30 min which is a fast fun but possible bike around 10 miles...trust me its not hard...pump some iron...drink water...watch ur sodium intake and take a lesser amount...if u want to lose weight i wouldnt pump to much iron because building muscle will make u gain weight. eat a balanced diet not just fruits and veggies count the cals and burn them off plus some!

Well first off start praying. 15-20 lbs in 3 weeks can be done, but not realistic depending on your body fat index. If you are extremely overweight it would be easier, but it sounds like you are just wanting to lose possibly vanity pounds here. I have done it myself, but it wasn't very healthy. Besides, if you are excercising regularly you will gain weight instead of lose, because muscle weighs more than fat. Watch your diet, but you have to include fats. Fact is that fat burns fat! Check with your local Dietician.

why do you need to lose that much in such a short time? you will likely lose water, but you will in allprobability gain it back and then some. when you lose quickly like that on a yo yo type diet, you usually gain the lost weight and then some, back. in order to lose weight you need to not diet, but do a lifestle change. its about portion control, limiting what you eat. lots of water and moderate exercise. dont deprive your body of food or you will crave and binge

Drink plenty of water and include a protein source in your diet. It doesn't have to be meat. Be careful, please. Yes I think you will lose weight.
