pour melted candle wax on it, when the skin grows back, you may not have much hair. scar tissue is usually smooth...
pull each hair out with tweezers.
each time it grows back, it will be finer
eventually it will stop growing at all.
or have electrolysis.

I prefer to shave with a razor. Those hair removing creams are really made for legs not pubic areas. They basically dissolve the hair and I don't want to think what that might do to my sensitive skin in that area. When you shave, once the hair starts growing back it feels coarser, because it's short, just like the hair on a guy's beard, the first day or so it feels really stubbly, but after a few days it feels softer. Once you shave, you need to wait a few days before it's long enough to shave again. I shave every 3 or 4 days (unless I'm going to be with my bf, then I'll shave regardless of how many days it has been). It helps to soak in a nice warm bath or shower before you shave to make the hair a little softer. Make sure you use a good shaving cream and then some sort of moisturizer when you're done.

Wax isn't expensive. Go to a beauty supply store. Hard wax is better because it is less painful when you rip the hair off.

You won't want to try and wax those areas yourself - you'll never get all the hair and you'll cause yourself a lot of pain. Get it done professionally - it's wonderful!
