my skin is discolored and some look like liover spots. it ends where my sock line is. any ideas?

Without more info, this is impossible to answer. Are you diabetic? Are your socks too tight? Do you have circulation problems? Vascular disease? Need to have a Dr. evaluate.

I also have broken blood vessels. It is because of breaking my foot, running into things in the dark or whatever. As far as the dark spots are concerned I think I would refer you to the Dr for that one. Depending on your age and possible geneology, it could be normal.

you may have a circulation problem, you should ask your doctor!!!
