Depends on your budget. The Belliagio is so beautiful with the fountains. The Mirage is a bit less pricey and is just as pretty. The Venetian will take you to Italy and the Paris, well Paris obviously.
Anything is Vegas is big, glitzy and amazing. And even if you decide not to do the wedding there, it's definately something to see and experience (even if you don't gamble!)
