Get to a doctor ASAP. The doc will probably prescribe some medicine. If that doesn't work, you may end up having to have surgery. Stay away from anything acidic (citrus fruit), coffee, soda, hot, spicy stuff. Try to keep your stress levels to a minimum. Ulcers get worse if you ignore them, and if it is or becomes a bleeding ulcer, it can have very serious consequences. See a doc!

It all depends on the type of ulcer you have. I have had ulcers before, but after treatment and a change of diet it disappeared, check with your physician. There are many cures and some aren't surgically required.. GL

GOAT MILK is the best thing in the world for the digestive system. I warm it up on the stove so its hot, and I drink a quart a day (I drink it all at once, as one of my meals). I learned about this from a great healer from India.
Also, ALOE VERA JUICE. Drink a small glass every few days.
Eliminate coffee, sugar, and hot, spicy foods from your diet.
