well nope, but why did they get taken from their home in the first place, there had to be something that was done that was a danger to the childs welbeing to make them remove them, and if u suspect abuse by the foster parents u can have them removed and replaced and /or if a family member who is found fit can take them and keep them on the case plan then they can get custody for now.

Not all foster homes are bad. My dad and step mom became foster parents after they weren't able to have their own children. They have legally adopted 3 children and only 2 were given back to the parents becuase the parents worked out their issues.
Even the children that went back to their biological parents were treated like family and truly loved as if they were their own. It takes a kind hearted person to really care for other peoples children. Our whole family has opened its arms to their decision and the foster and adopted kids are spoiled at grandma and grandpas house just like the rest!
I know it might not be an easy decision, but sometimes a temporary home is better than watching their own parents go through a hard time, or whatever the circumstances may be.
Not all people in the world are bad, some actually have good hearts. Have faith.

Foster families are used to take a child out of a bad environment and put them into a stable home. Most foster homes are great for the kids, but as you say there are some that need to be reported and foster parents arrested and put away for life.

There are some good foster parents, there are some bad. Some family situations are so horrible that taking the kids away from the parents is the only decent thing to do. It is kind of a last resort, if a parent won't stop doing something that is very bad for the child--that could involve a lot of things, from beating the child, to sexual abuse, to starving the child or raising it in for example a home with a lot of very bad drugs prominently in use. Its very serious to take a child away from its parents, it is a totally sad situation, but some times it is for the best.

Often times when children are taken away from their natural parental abuse and drug use are putting the lives of children at risk and in these cases rest assured that it is the best interest of the children. Also take comfort in the fact that the criteria for qualification to become a foster parent is very strict and involves a very thorough check of their background and thier ability to care of the children and support them financially. Most people that do take on foster children have a special love for children and can't have children of their own.

i know of one situation where if it were up to me the foster home would at least give the child a chance. sad but true , i'd have to gamble a bit because i know the mom and she is really trash and does not love her child as much as she loves other things and the child should be put first

kids should be safe and treated well and respected as people and well fed
if not, maybe they should be placed in a different home
if parents molest kids, they should be put in jail
