It seems to make my stomach upset even if I take them with food. I want to be healthy and I know I need vitamins because I don't get my daily intake of fruits and vegetables. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The main culprit in a Multivitamin for causing stomach upset is the iron especially the sulfate form. Try finding one that is iron-free.

From what I know, vitamins are a poor source for eating healthy. It is always preferred that one eat to get the total Recommended Daily Allowance. However, that certainly doesn't mean that you can eat exactly what you want.

Not sure that there is a relation to nutritents and attacks of gout. It may require more details, e.g. what are you eating; is that causing you an upset stomach.

Do, definately speak with a Physician. From the point of a consumer, you don't really know that you are not having you daily intake of nutrients.

Especially being young. Usually, it is the result of badeating habits over a period of time.

Nevertheless, DrugDigest does you to Tell your prescriber or health care professional about all other medicines you are taking, including non-prescription medicines, nutritional supplements, or herbal products. I suggest to neutralize your stomach acids, to do this I suggest Kelp and sea salts along with a total body cleansing.

Hope this answers your question!

If you have acid reflux problems, you should be taking a medication to stop the stomach acid from coming up into your esophagus. I take 30 mg. of Prevacid once a day and have no problems with upset stomach or burning anymore. Please don't ignore the acid reflux because it can lead to serious problems if not treated.
