Why wouldn't they? If we want them to stay away from communism wouldn't that be a good idea?
They've been observing the WTO for 13 years and are currently negotiating membership. Whether we want it or not, they inevitably will become members.

I think the US should get out of the WTO. It is the biggest threat to the people of the world that there is.
