Belly dancing is a great way to sculpt your waist and the best part is that it doesnt give you that manly chiseled look but more of a feminine stomach like most dancers. Belly dancing requires isolating your waist movement and it takes alot more work than it seems. I hope I helped.

If you like that activity and if it shows results then by all means then it can be a good method for getting in shape.

I do not think so. I see those twins and they still have chubby tummies. i recommend pilates
