First of all, don't be all excited and be like "OMG OMG OMG, GIRLS PLEASE"... settle down..Be cool..And just talk to her nicely and be kind to her, make her laugh, show her a genuine good time. Don't be all cocky or stuck up, just be yourself.

if ur working on something together this is a great oppurtunity to show her what ur like. If u impress her then she walk away from ur house at the ending of the night saying "wow he was nice, i should talk to him more often" then it gives u more of a chance to see if she's the right girl for u
if it's a date then try and impress her, don't be to eager and try to kiss her instantly or get in her pants, stuff like that, just make a dinner or something and make conversation like she's one of ur friends, then watch some sort of movie and try to put ur arm around her during the movie, the secret is don't be too eager.

Be completely honest with her. Tell her you like her or your glad she came over. Be confident and respectful. If she doesn't like you its ok. You will be much more comfortable once you let her know. She might already know you like her. Most women figure that out fairly quickly. To really impress her just be yourself and give her a nice memory. If she likes you she may be impressed without you having to try much at all. Oh and girls love candy.

Be yourself... girls don't like a guy to be a faker and thinks he knows everything. Listen to her when she speaks. Ask her questions cause apparently girls like to talk. I learned that from Forty Year old Virgin the movie. Maybe you can watch a funny movie together. keep her interested, without being drastic. Just be yourself and everything will fall into place. If you are afraid to tell her you like her, tell her she's beautiful. Tell her after you get to know her, that you think she's smart. Stuff a girl wants to hear. Good Luck!

To impress her, just try to be as much of a gentleman as possible, i.e. offer her something to eat or drink, do whatever she wants to do like watching TV or just talking. As for showing her that you like her, just sit next to her, if you sit really close to her and she leans against you or touches you that's a good sign but if she moves away from you she probably isn't interested.

I'm going to say this. be yourself. that is all that is needed. if you start acting nervous, and start trying to hard, then you will scare her away. being yourself is really the best way to impress her. this way you are getting her to like you. this takes the pressure off of you.

Don't be too pushy, I know I hate that. Just make small talk, but not all about yourself. Maybe a fun movie together. I am not too good at this cuz I have only had one terrible relationship.
