OK I know losing a lot of weight in a short time is bad but I really need to lose at least 25-45lbs as soon as possible. Help me. Once I lose the weight i can maintain the weight loss. So help Please

eat all non-fat foods. no beef. fish, or chicken. No fried foods. A lot of raw vegtables, drink 1 gallon of water daily, take psyllium husk, this will make you poop alot. do smoothies, with fresh fruits and vegtables, no sodium, stay away from artificial sugars, and exercise as much as you can. this is a big comitiment to yourself, but if you are up for it, you go girl.

how i can get you to look at it! I'm on the diet but i do pay for it and the classes all i do is make sure i have money. I'm 5'2 22 years old a female and weighed 150 lol i now weigh 142 and it's only been my first week of dieting. I know it's probably water weight but girl it works just follow what i have to say!

You don't have to work out but i mean walking 2 miles or 3 miles a day won't hurt just speeds up the process! Do not eat after 7pm but drink water to fill you up! Drink water all day but not too too much just after every meal you eat!

Start off with a cup of cereal and a half cup of milk a day! Than have a 100 calorie snack about 2 hours after your breakfast. Than have a Smart Ones meal for lunch,

another 100 calorie snack a couple hours after that. Than for dinner another Smart Ones meal, and for a dessert have another 100 calorie snack or something small. But

don't eat past 7pm. It really works. I mean i been wanting to get under that 150 mark for the longest and i finally did it I'm 142 now and its only Saturday! lose weight very fast very quickly

It will work just keep your mind to it. Stay positive! Things happen in time. Just don't eat fast food don't drink sodas and definitely don't eat SWEETS! lose weight very fast very quickly

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

As a personal trainer i can tell you there is no immediate or safe way to lose that amount of weight in a rapid period of time. Although there are products out there that may enhance your metabolism slightly, or decrease your appetite there is no substitute for excersize and healthy eating, but if you are looking to lose some in the waist i recommend starting yourself on a detox diet then a strict workout routine after the detox is done

When I was in the military we had to do weigh ins every 6 months and every one I know would fast on cranberry juice and rice cakes for a week or 2 to get in weight range. It's not healthy at all! it's just fast for dropping like 10 lbs for a class reunion or something. Or if you can't stomach that eat fruit and drink unsweetened, uncaffienated tea and nothing else for a couple weeks. Like I said it's not healthy! You can't live on this diet. It's just fast and works.

It depends on what you mean by right away. I lost 50 pounds in a year, and now I am in the best of health. Diet and excercise are the two key factors. I know that is not much of a secret, but about two months into a workout routine, you can lose about 5 pounds a week.

The experts say change your lifestyle for a healthier one, but that does not answer your question. One time I lost a lot of weight.
I got up at 6 a.m, exercised for one hour. Had breakfast of ONLY fruits and vegetables. No milk products, no bread, no carbs, nothing but fruits and vegetables. At noon, I exercised for one hour. Ate a salad. Evening, exercised one more hour (total 3 hours per day) and ate more fruits and vegetables. No alcohol. No candy, sugar, or anything but fruits and vegs. Watch the weight fall off. You might want to see a doctor, but I suspect he/she will tell you this is stupid. They also have pills called "fat burners." They work great, but are by prescription only. Me, I don't like pills, but the F & V route I dug. Good luck.

Nope, you can't. When you lose rapidly, that is very unhealthy and you will NOT maintain it, it is impossible for several reasons. I suggest you rethink this, nothing is that important that you need to shed that much weight in a short time.

It took a while to pack it on, and it takes a while to take it off. Be wise. Do it right, or you may be sorry.
