I feel very bad for your friend. I think no matter what happens, she will be hurt. His fiance is in for a bad time as well. I realize your friend is going to do what she wants, but maybe you should print out all of the answers you've gotten to your question and give it to her.
If it were a perfect year, she should get involved with something that she is interested in and through herself into it, whether it be working, a hobby, volunteer work, etc. She doesn't need to be alone much, she needs to be with other people so even though she will be thinking of this guy, she will have friends around her to hopefully support her and keep her from running to him.
If she decides to try and forget him, I suggest a wearing a rubber band on her wrist and pull it so it snaps her wrist every time she thinks of him. I also think is she keeps a journal everyday of her feeling, it will help her to write it down.
Also, Maybe she might want to get her hair cut, buy a new outfit, try some new make up, get in an exercise class, help her to improve her self esteem. Anyone that is willing to be second in anyone's life needs to build her self esteem.
I hope she and you will be able to remain friends. Just be as supportive as possible, don't lecture and be there for her. Good luck!

He has a fiance!!!!!!!!! I think she should totally forget about him. Unless, he has stronger feelings for her rather then his fiance, then I guess he wouldn't be that good of a fiance because he doesn't really know what he wants. hmm..

i think you should tell them to talk it out and decide what they think is best for the 3 of them. oh and he should tell his fiance about what he did with your friend. that's called cheating and it's wrong. my opinion is that they need to stop and distance themselves from eachother. this is just isn't right. he also needs to tell his fiance about what he has done with your friend.

forget about him. hes a cheater. if he were honest, he would have broke it off with the fiance before anything happened with your friend. guarntee you, if he can do this to his fiance, he wont think twice about doing the same thing to your friend

She should definitely leave him alone. He's engaged! If he's like this now, then he's going to be a lot worse when he's married.

Perhaps you should ask her to be in the other persons place. How would she like it if she were the fiance.

IF HES DOING THIS NOW, WHAT DO YOU THINK, HES GOING TO STOP? HE NEEDS TO GROW UP AND REALIZE WHAT HES ABOUT TO LOOSE! I FEEL BAD FOR HER SHE NEEDS TO GET OUT OF THIS BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY HES NOT READY FOR A COMMITMENT, MAYBE IN TIME IF HE CAN PROVE HIMSELF A MAN THEN SHE MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER GIVING HIM ANOTHER CHANCE. I WISH HER LOTS OF LUCK!
