If you are eating it in your sandwich then great. It is a low fat and high protein meat. There are many great reasons to stick to lean white meat.
If you are eating it with a sandwich you might be eating to much protein for 1 meal. Keep your consumption to about 20-25 grams per meal.
This is a great meal to start your day with as well...you get your carbs and your start of calories for the day early so you don't bonk in the morning.

Breast of Turkey is a great food. On a sandwich use a grain type bread and you will have one heck of a healthy lunch.

Turkey is a healthy meat, however every morning...when you eat too much on one thing, as you are doing, you may set yourself up for allergies.
I suggest you vary your diet, it is healthier to do so because then you are getting a more "balanced diet" which is what you want.
