5 (Five) years! I have to go through this every time I apply for a job, as a Phlebotomist. So, if it is within the past five years, then it is about time for you to take another.
However, if you are at a high risk, e.g. working with needles, you should always get one, for your safety. If not, you are taking it at your own risk.
Hope this answers your question!

Its a series of two or three shots. So you need to get it more than once a few months apart. You may have gotten the first one, but didnt realize you needed a subsequent shot to finish off the treatment

Tell the doc what you said here. A lab can test your blood for titers if necessary. The doc will know whether it will hurt to get another vaccination now.

Thats super. surely, the HepB vaccine at start is in all likelihood pointless, because of the fact at that age, the infant won't produce any reaction to it- their immune equipment purely isn't in a position. that is sweet shes had the HepB returned. that is fairly risk-free.

Vaccination, like Hep B and Polio, last forever.
Shots need to be replaced, like Tetanus.

If you don't remember, take another one to be sure. It doesn't effect you. I took it twice within a 1 year period because I forgot that I took it; and I'm here typing this.

If you are not sure whether you took the 3rd dose or not, get another dose. An extra dose will not harm you. A dose less will be insufficient.

If your doc doesn't have a record, they can do a blood test to check for you.

If you have all three, you don't need to take them anymore because they last all your life.
