The bible states that God will create a new heaven and a new earth.(rev.21:1)read the rest too.

I'm a christian, but I don't think you'll find the end of the world in the Bible. This age will end oneday, when Christ comes back. Everything will be under his government.--Isaiah 9:6. Evil will have no power. The the planet itself will remain.
The Bible talks about last days. Peter said told People that the last days as prophesied by the prophet Joel was the days THEY were living in.--Acts 2:14-17.
I take it that you don't believe the Bible, but you asked what it said. That's my answer.

The Bible doesn't speak of a time, it just says to be ready "for no one knows the day or the hour for the son of god comes like a theif in the night" Matthew 25:13

When the sun burns out (and it will, since it's a star) then the Earth will no longer be able to hold life.
Hence, the end of the world.

The bible doesn't say the earth will end. Nostradamus is the one who supposedly said it, but he said it in "code". So who knows.
