My nose hurts so bad I can't touch in. The top of the inside of my nose is so sore and there is always crust forming on the top and there is a foul smell coming from it when I blow my nose and it is very green. Please help...

Could be an ingrown nose hair or pimple. Also some kind of infection where there is green stuff coming out. But what will help is warm compresses. Like a face cloth wet and really warm almost hot and gently insert in nostril. You should do this religiously and you should feel a little better if it gets worst or no better maybe you should be seen.

well it could be a few different things, but what i would do right now, is use a saline nasal spray, it will clean the nose, and help fight infection. Then as soon as possible I would get to a doctor..it may need antibiotics to heal it.

Probably as simple as an ingrown nose hair (infected). It does happen.....
Should be better in a couple of days if that is the issue.

You should call a doctor - or call your health insurance company and ask to speak to the "nurse line"...

you might have a sinus infection...go see a doctor.
