There is no way you can do that in 2 1/2 weeks. It is healthy to lose about 2 pounds a week, so you might be able to do that.

Secondly... STOP THINKING YOU ARE FAT! I was in your shoes. I started being unhappy with my body and weight when I was 10 years old... I know watching MTV, BET, and other video channels, movies, and just television in general will make you feel like crap. It will get to you if you do not start feeling better about yourself. I let it get to me, and I became bulimic for a while. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE God PLEASE do not do that! I was half way to the normal period of time it takes for one to die from it.... It was the worst time of my life. I can tell by the way you are talking and certain words you use that it means more to you than just losing weight (i.e. - "extra flabby fat that won't [get away from] me" and "so I can [feel better]". I am 19 years old now and I still have a problem with the way I look so I am asking you to listen to your friends. You probably are just fine, if not very slender. Most girls that think they are fat, are truly not. However, if you feel that you truly MUST lose weight, here is the best way:

- Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables; make sure to balance it with some good carbs, proteins, and calcium. Eat normal meals. Stay AWAY from trans fats and try to eat a minimal amount of saturated fats. Try taking vitamins too. Making sure your body is getting the correct nutrition and working to its maximum potential is very important for losing weight.
- If you feel you have a problem with eating too much... Taste your food. If you like it, taste it, meaning eat enough to feel satisfied, leave some behind. Don't eat until your a full... eat until you are satisfied. Portion control is also a large part of losing weight.
- Drink green tea: It will detoxify your system, increase your energy (it is a great pre-exercie drink) and boosts your metabolism to help your body break down your food faster and easier.
- EXERCISE!! Go for a walk or run with your friends, play with your dog in the yard if you have one, ride a bike or just do situps and jumping jacks during commercials while watching TV.
- Above all, DO NOT STARVE! Not eating, contrary to popular belief, is the opposite of what you want to do to lose weight. You will get hungry eventually and when you eat, you will be more likely to eat a lot and a lot of things that are quick and easy. Usually, things that are quick and easy are junk foods, and contain large amounts of saturated fats and trans fats. Your body will then hang on to the foods you eat because it will be conditioned to go long periods of time without food and will think that it needs to hang on to that food since you will not feed it again for a long time.

Particular foods to stay away from: donuts, microwave popcorn, chips, pasta, cream sauces (alfredo), yellow cheeses.

I hope this helps you, my dear. Take care of yourself!!!

11 pounds is allot when your only 103. Basically your best bet would be be realistic. Your not going to lose 11 pounds in a healthy manner in such a short amount of time. If you think your flabby gain some muscle. Reduce sugar intake and start to exercise some more. The fat will naturally burn away and you will tone muscle. The human body changes and will never remain the same. You will change into different sizes. A healthy person always looks better then someone who isn't. Even if you think you might have some fat.

i wouldnt diet, this weight does not constitute to this 'flab' your on about. just simply try toning up a bit if you want to lose this bulge, try fun bellydancing classes (or a dvd) or crunches or even kickboxing, with which you'l learn self defense also. just simply walk more places and take the stairs more often to tone up your thighs for free and whenever you think about it lie down and try to pretend to bring your belly button through to your back subconsciously, this will bring in your abs. hope this all helps. but remember, we are our own worst enemy, we might see problem areas with ourselves that dont actually exist :)
