I won't make the prayers for you, but I might explain what each of those on your list are.
Blessing and adoration: expressions of love for God, probably.
Petition: you ask for something.
Intercession: you pray for someone else.
Thanksgiving: you thank God for something he has done for you, or for what he's done in general.
Praise: you lift God high up, give him lots of compliments, and tell him how wonderful he is and why.
Hope this helps! I'll pray for you, too (intercession).
Go pray/talk to God now in private. Search your heart and see what it is that you have to tell him.

Prayer should be spontaneous, not formulaic; in other words, just say what's in your heart. Here are some prayers you can look up in the Bible: 2 Chronicles 6: 14-42, Solomon's prayer at the dedication of the newly built temple; Daniel 2: 20-23, Daniel's prayer when threatened with death after the king has a dream no one can interpret; Matthew 6: 5-13, Jesus' model prayer (pay attention especially to verse 7, where he says not to be repetitious). So, basically, you can say whatever you want, as long as it's not overly familiar; prayer to God is like a child talking to their father. Unless you were rude, rebellious, or stupid, you would not talk to him disrespectfully, would you? There's more involved, but I don't want to take too much of your time.

you mean praying prayers, not making them up. They should be from your heart. And just let the Spirit guide you. And they don't need to be anything special right? What's a prayer if we do it for the eyes of men? Pharisees got in trouble with that (they stood on the street cxorners, and prayed with many words, when they should have been in their tents) and it's the heart God's concerned about in prayers. Use Jesus's model prayer for...a model...

Psalm 51-----A prayer of petition for forgiveness and restoration
Psalm 104---Praise
The rest are all in the Psalms with lots to choose from.

Just imagine God as someone who is your very best friend, and so, in this way, approachable.
Imagine yourself in His presence, with a divine light pouring down on your head and surrounding you.
Think about all the things God does and is capable of doing.
Think about everyone on Earth who belongs to Him, and how you are connected to us, both the good and the bad.
I'm sure it will come to you.

Eternal Spirit of Light, grant us protection;
And in that protection, security;
And in that security, knowledge;
And in that knowledge, awareness;
And in that awareness, the awareness of the rightness of things;
And in that awareness, the love of it;
And through that love, to come to the love of all Creation;
And in the love of all Creation, the love of the Divine Spirit
And all Goodness, Beauty and Truth.
It's called the Druid's Prayer... It's my personal favorite.

God of all the world, thank you for allowing us to be your representatives here on earth. Empower us that our words and actions may spread the Good News of your son, Jesus. Make us your instruments to bring your lost people back to you. Amen.

Luke chapter 11 is Jesus' example of how to pray. Note that it is an example, not to be repeated without thought.
