I’ve heard a quote by Groucho Marx that translated into Spanish goes: “¡Hay tantas cosas en la vida más importantes que el dinero!¡Pero cuestan tanto!” In English it should be something like “There are many things more important than money! But they are so expensive!”

I’ve been looking for the original English quote for a whole a week, but I just can’t find it! Does anyone know it?

I found this quote on the site listed below: "There are many things in life more important than money, but they cost so much..." - Groucho Marx . Not sure how reliable the source is . . .

"There is no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs." As cheesy as it sounds, I kind of like it. It's simple and straightforward. It makes sense. It's not someone saying something that isn't wise in a weird, flowery sort of way. It makes sense, you know what I mean? That is the one I like best of those. However, if I pick my own quote, it would probably be Mahatma Ghandi saying, "You must be the change you wish to see in the world."
