There is NO amount that you "should" drink daily.
That whole "8 glasses a day" thing is BUNK.

Drink when you're thirsty. PERIOD.
Do not worry about whether you're getting "enough".

8-10 glasses a day would be the desirable consumption of water a day. but this doesn't mean that you should drink all the glasses with one stroke. divide it though, 2 glasses in the morning another 2 in the afternoon 2 again around 7pm and 2 glasses around 9pm.

I'm not being sarcasting but the honest answer is drink enough until you're not thirsty anymore. It's the healthiest thing on the planet, just drink enough until you're comfortable. It really is that easy.

You should drink about 8 glasses per day. The glasses should be 8 oz each.
