I can't stick to my diet! Im not fat, but i am not skinny. My friends laugh, and call me anerexic when i say i am on a diet. Help, and quick!

Believe me I know its hard because Im 7 1/2 months pregnant...Its so hard walking past the all the goodies when ur pregnant...but anyways, buy all things healthy and post sticky notes all around your house to remind u and motivate u of your diet... Also If you have an Idol and you want her body then post pictures of her all around your house and keep telling yourself,"If you want to look like her then stick to it!!"..That's what I do..Or I'll buy a cute pair of jeans that are smaller then me and tell myself if I want to fit in them then I will have to drop those pounds..Good Luck!!

The best way to stick to something is by first not stressing over it and secondly make it realistic. Only do one goal a day and each day reward yourself for that goal you have achieved. The fact you have committed yourself to dieting should be your first achievement and you should praise yourself for that. Now just eliminate something from your diet such as: sodas (only drink water) if that's too hard of a start eliminate eating snacks during the day. Only eat three times a day. Do not eat salads after 6pm this does not digest in your system. I'm sure you know most of the rules. They go on and on. However, only focus on one a day because you only live one day at a time. I hope that is of some help.

Yup, I agreed with the girl above. Put big posters of your "perfect" idols on the wall of your bedroom or exercise room. Stand beside it and tell yourself you'll be sexy like her.
Buy few pairs of nice, but too small jeans (or skirt if you like). Try 2-3 size smaller then what you usually wear. As long as you can get into it and pull the zip, have them. Wear them everyday with sexy tight tops, let the guts exposed. Wear a loose jacket on top if you don't used to or feel uncomfortable to wear tight revealing clothes. That will keep remind you stick to your diet.
Drink a big glass of water before eating, this will fill your stomach and make you feel full faster. Plus if you already wear a very tight clothes around the belly, even a glass of water feel a lot.
Some of my friends have tried this method and works great.

Allow yourself a little slack, then give yourself one day a week where you completely gorge. Believe me, it works.
