"help!!! just bought 2000 mustang and now it wont turn over the thift light keeps flashing and wont turn over at friends house need to leave the dealership didnt tell me about this thift light now i cannt get a hold of thim how do i get the car to turn over now please help

Try pulling the fuse to it and maybe that will take care of your problem.

I am assuming you are talking about the "Theft" light.
The key comes with a chip inside of it. And without the chip matching the computer in the car, the car will not turn on. Most likely sometihng happened to the chip and this is why the light is flashing.
There is no real way to bypass this unless you have a spare and cross your fingers.

if the theft lite is blinking while in the start position, it could be the key, make sure to use the key u got with the car, any other key that has been cut will need to be programmed at the dealer
