Apparently, all you have to do is get there. The welfare state will support you until the entire system collapses under it's own weight, like soviet Russia, or the struggling economies of Europe. Even China is backing off of it's hardline communist views, because private ownership and less taxation is better for the economy.

Just immigrate there, you immigrated to the US. Don't be worried they'll let you take all the Canadian jobs away as you all have taken the American jobs away for cheaper wages.
