last week i eoke up to find my tyres had been let down n the word slag had been scratched right acrss my bonnett!!! i do not usually suffer anxiety but now i cant sleep and wondwer what will happen next!! i know the boy who did it and have informed the police but as there is no proof i have no leg to stand on what wud u suggest i do in my situation? if anyone is nasty then sod u!! but thank you all that jelp! i am so scared!!!!

i have many nasty people around the area too, who hurt and kill pets etc. pardon me saying this if anyone gets offended but the police are crap in situations like this, this is why yobs are not scared anymore. i would tell anyone you live with about it, and possibly even nice neighbours to keep vigilant and maybe stay with a friend for a few nights to help you get a good night's sleep. see if there are any cctv companies in operation in your area that could have caught the crime or if possible set up your own video camera, to catch the criminal if they do it again with hard evidence. i do not believe that this criminal is up to doing any more than petty vandalism however, so try to not be too scared. hope this situation ends well for you.

It's good that you made a report to the police so that you have a record of it. If you're sure that it was this boy, then you can always get a temporary protection order to keep this jerk away. You can also park your car somewhere else. Do you have a garage? If something else happens call the police again. Sometimes, they'll arrange to have a patrol car drive by your house and make sure all is well. Another thought. Can you afford to have an alarm put into your car? That way, if he tries to touch it, the alarm will go off and so will he!

Why do kids do things like this, whats wrong with them ? I think we should bring back national service, that would soon sort the little tykes out.
If i were you keep bugging the police and tell them how you feel about this and how scared you really are, be very persistant!!
Or get the nasty little sod on camera for proof.

Cheapest option: Get a security light. This will come on when some one comes into the sensor range. Put the sensor over the car.
Expensive option: Do cheap option but also get a securtiy camra. This will record him in the act. And as you can startle him it will work no doubt. This will bring proof to the little holligan.

Unfortunately its the way our stupid law works and theres noone there to help you. Firstly you need to calm down to think rationally Kalms tablets are herbal and help you feel less anxious
then you can be calm enough to set up a survailance it wont stop him doing anything but next time youll have your proof for the police

No one likes sleeping tablets but in your situation they could work well only use them for a short period of time, so go see your doctor talk things through.It was just some stupid lil girl (boy) thinking he was being clever probably showing off to his mates, its easier said than done but put it out of your mind maybe go away for a couple of days to visit a nan or someone they would be glad to see you and you can then relax (hopefully).who ever it was really wasn't tht imaginative in the first place so tht's likely to be the first and last you see of anything like that.sleep well friend.

Sorry it has happened to you. What can you do, nothing. This is the UK. Nobody wants to help and everyone is afraid. You shouldn't have to feel afraid though. Phone the council, phone your MP. and if you can....get somebody to teach him a lesson. If you can't use magic to f^CK HIM UP good and proper. Can you get a friend to stay over with you? That might help you feel safer...as for the vandalism...I dont know...you'd need to catch him in the act and have a witness...sounds stupid but the law seems to protect the criminals these days...
