I'd say: "It's not my fault your lack of inteligence". And what you are actually saying is that that person is too dumb to know what he or she is saying.

Dont use any curse words, tell the person who accuses another of being a loser is the actual loser.

Just tell them that it takes one to know one or tell them that you have something in common with them! (ie, that they are a loser too)

a good one is
"wow, that means alot coming from you..."
or
"oh ya, your one to talk"
but if your not a sarcastic person
"ya and you like to blow other guys (if its a guy)"
these have worked for me in the past
PS - its always good if you are able to take the person in a fight, incase one starts
