My advise would be to seek help as soon as possible. If you dont, you dont know how bad these feelings could become.
I don't know what you mean by "evil" but I think its positive that you recognise them and realise it's not right. Please get help as the sooner you do the easier it will be to fix.
Maybe the best way is to go to your local doctor (or any doctor for that matter) as they would be able to refer you the correct trained professional to deal with the problem.
Don't continue on even if you think it's not a serious problem as you don't know how the urges will develop and one day it might be too late and you could do something so bad you won't be able to take it back.

Realize that civilization, the highest form of human thought and reason, is based on the recognition that man and his mind, to each and every individual, is special, sacred, and inviolate. To use violence in any form, from theft, assault, threats, cheating, etc. is an immoral, evil, criminal act, and will not be tolerated.
Your "evil" acts are self-destruction, which comes from lack of self love, the greatest of all love, and most desperately needed. Unless one loves oneself, life is a waste, you are lost, and you will do evil.
To escape, you have to find "emotional resilience," free your mind from past abuses, admit your hurt, forgive others, and finally forgive yourself. Only then can you begin to live, to follow your passions, to become something, someone, to build, grow, and find happiness for yourself.

Every minute you hold out is to your credit.
You never know. . .perhaps these urges will pass like the weather, and all you have to do is wait it out.
You'll be glad when these urges are gone, and God willing, you've refrained from serious sins/crimes/whatever.
Be strong, and if by chance you do fall, get up with more determination to do the right thing.

Not do evil and recognize that that makes you a better person for it? You could always consider psychological counselling, mind altering drugs, or isometric exercises. Things that bring your mind into a more "positive" direction so to speak.

Dear Mr. Matrix:
Because of what Adam and Eve did; in the garden of Eden, we all have sudden urges to do evil. Some people have been raised with good morals and standards; even though they have not read the written word of God; therefore they have conditioned themselves to do good; yet that well not get them into heaven nor the kingdom of God and, still they at times give in to the evil; the difference between a truly born again Christain and a good person is that the good person has not accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. The truly born again Chirstian, has accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and have entered into the Kingdom of God, and will spend eternity with the Triune God in heaven; also the truly born again Christian will repent and at that time is able to go to God and confess his sins praying in the name of Jesus Christ at the end of his prayer, and God is faithful and just to forgive him of his sin and to cleanse him from all unrighteousness; and as long as that born again person does not continually make that same sin over and over again but stay in prayer, one day he will think, you know I have stopped doing that sin and thank God. Remember though that God is the judge and knows a persons heart and will help the truly repenting person. Now do not think it is easy because of how we are born with a sin nature, we have to read the written word of God; trust in and rely on love and be obedient to God and His Word; also remember that Gods' written word is simple, my pastor said once, it would take someone to help you not understand the written word of God. God Himself said if you seek me with your whole heart you will find me. So the bottom line is sir, you must be truly born again. The good person will be able to fight off the sin for awhile, but without the Triune God, that good person will fall into temptation, and will go into eternity yes, but end up in hell. Let us pray for each other, rather than quote the whole verses, because you really should read the written word for yourself, I shall just say this: Love God with all you have in you, and your neighbor as yourself. 1+1+1=1

Know that every time you act on them you are slowly becoming a slave to your own wickedness. You will transform what beauty you have left in you into something that society deems unacceptable, and you'll find yourself growing up to be a bitter, lonely, old man.
