why did my brother boyfriend laugh at him?

my brother boyfriend laugh at him when he cried after there fight,then he ran back and told his friends,and there relationship was suppsoed to be a scert,and while my brothers boyfriend was with his friends he told his friends to call him a ****** and after they did it and ran like some, little kids,so my brother seen him and acted like he didn't even exzest and his boyfriend got mad
