this may work in other situations also but i will be attending a debut of this girl i really like and i want to give her a gift that would really make her remember me. what would be the best one?

Give her a teddy bear or something. You know if you give her a gift, she'll figure out that you like her. And when this happens, and it came to be that she likes you too. Then she'll treasure your gift whatever it may be.

adorable that you are thinking of her. if you want her to kno that you like her, i suggest a silver necklace or something jewlery. Just friends? than get her something similar to a teddy bear....remember a girl likes flowers any time of the year and maybe there could be some mistletoe hidden in that bouquet

2. you really want her to remember it
so, a necklace, not pearl, not bulky, not too skimpy. Also one of those new fake but look really cool gems in a necklace and earring set... or just a ring. (Just don't ask her to marry you yet...lol)
