I have naturally dirty blonde hair (closer to brown than most dirty blondes) and I recently dyed it blonde and its starting to grow out. Well now i want to dye it black. Im going to cut it later on and yeah. I dont know if my mom would like it but i want to get other's opinions. I have a light tanned skin. Brown eyes and an athletic body type. A lot of people say it probably wouldnt look good but is it still worth a try or could there be problems in the near future?

Other people that look at you every day probably have a good idea on what looks good on you. They are probably right in telling you it wouldnt look good in black In my opinion, hair that has been bleached out to blonde, then dyed black is going to fade really fast and look greyish..If I were you going to a med gold brown or even a light brown with a little red in it would be better...Black is harsh and you have to have the right skin tone to go with that color.

My daughter just dyed her hair black today (she's always doing that!) and she was a blonde and has fair skin, blue eyes and an athletic body type. I know it may not sound like it but it looks really cute. I was surprised because I didn't think it would look good with her skin tone. I say go for it!

Try a temporary hair color rinse. If you don't like it it washes out in a few shampoos. The temporary colors are less harsh on your hair. Since going blone is the hardest on hair, going darker should not harm it as much. Or you could do what alot of my friends (and me too) do and go into a wig store and try on different colors without doing anything drastic (all it would cost is the price of a wig cap). You should be able to tell what colors look good after that.

It relies upon. With the light epidermis you need to look slightly gothic yet when it really is what you're going for then tremendous:) yet only make sure that you actually like it because dyeing bleaching and stripping the colour out is rather negative and puzzling:) and it may look extra organic in case you used a medium brown eyebrow pencil particularly of black even with the truth that....

black is near impossible to dye over..and also, the dark color might contrast with your complexion too much, making you look sickly. why not opt for a dark brown, something like anne hathaway. those shades are very in right now, the chocolatey ones.

If you're hot your hot. Doesn't matter what color hair you have.
But if you're not, then you're not. No matter what color your hair is.
