If I remember correctly, he was in a seated position and holding a bottle up high while at the same time looking up at it as the "liquor" poured on his face. It was a fountain.

I've never seen it before, but it sounds hysterical. Reminds me of this toy my great-grandmother had. It looked like an expensive doll, but if you pulled down his pants it would squirt water out to simulate him peeing. Now that's funny!

Try Spencers or Hot Topic.....I worked at both at one time and I know at one of them we had it...I'm leaning towards Spencers.
