Because there is over empaisiss on weigt in our Society and primarily the Entertainment Media. Certainly many Americans are to heavy but some young women are to skinny. To be heathly and happy you should find the happy medium. Keep your weight down yet realize that food is one of life's gifts to enjoy. It is one pleasure that is not sinful. If you put 5 pounds on your still fine. If you feel guilty about that chocolate bar merely take a little walk. It is not evil to enjoy our abundance.

Because you didn't allow a weight loss plan that allowed you to have anything you want but just in moderation, you have deprived yourself so long that you are still in diet mode thinking. only eat part of the candy bar, sit down and enjoy every bite

Congratulations on losing weight!

Go to www.sparkpeople.com
They have a maintenance program too.
They plan out your meals so you can maintain your goal weight. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home or you can choose from walking or jogging. Whatever your preferences are. It is like having your own nutritionist. It is free with support from the members and a real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!

God Bless!

you have worked hard to lose weight and if old habits were eating junk- one candy will hurt that leads to another and another then you are back where you started.
This thought is want make most "diet" fail in the long run.
Diets are not short terms changes but long terms ways of eating.
