Hi. My cat is very territorial even though he is neutered... if he sees another cat in my house he hisses and runs away. The problem is, I might get a new cat... do you think he'd adjust to it? How can I prevent aggression in my cat? Should I introduce them little by little?

Put each cat on either side of a closed door. This way they can sniff each other and get used to the other's scent without killing each other. You can also have someone else hold one cat and you hold the other and just let them be around each other without letting them loose. Give it about a week, and they'll become buddies.

We introduced TWO MALES to TWO MALES, one front-declawed, all neutered. We kept a closed door between them for a few days (2 or 3), then opened the door a crack, etc... after about a week & a half, they were cleaning each other. There will be hissing, just let them be. Keep a water bottle handy in case they get physical. GOOD LUCK!
ps...1 male has since passed away ) : but we just got a girl cat & she fit right in. She actually sits on BF's lap WITH one of the males!!!!

It might sound crazy, but when he gets aggressive and hisses, think and act like a cat. Hiss back at him and say"No" It can take a couple of weeks for him to bond with a kitten, but will eventually decide to play with it and shouldn't hurt it.

yes little by little but they will still fight. They need to set the order.
one will be the boss. that is the natual way.
some select to put one in one room and one in another but if there is only one person that is unfair to one of the cats.
I use two cages and sit between them and just let them growl but i still show each attention and than open one cage and let one walk around the other for a bit. Than let them both out. Have a "safe" hiding place it will be needed for awhile. I mostly pull the chairaway from the wall for a week or so. That way one can hide when needed
