The reason i say that is because if you ask a doctor how much "puberty" is left they will x-ray your wrist (ive asked like a d.a.). I do about 30 (or a lil' more on average if i dont feel the soreness which just clearly indicates that change will occur lol XD) dumbbell curls with about a 20 lb dumb and i do 30 reps of 2 other dumbbell exercises about each day and i just started a while back and im wondering if it will or will not affect my puberty and how much reps and bell weights is too much. THX

This will not affect your puberty, however, if you are feeling soreness in your wrist then you are overexerting yourself. Pains in your joints are a sign that your body is trying to tell you something. Slow down and let your body heal first. You will understand when you get tennis elbow and cant do anything for months. I've been through it and had to stop lifting. All it did is set me back 4 months.
