Did Differin gel work for anyone else?

I currently have been on Differin plus pills for a little over a month now. I have seen no signs of improvement and i think it maybe actually be worst. Has differin gel worked for anyone else and if not, what did?

Works great for me - went from having horrible acne to occasional acne. Should start to work after 4 weeks of daily use and should see max results by ~ 12 weeks of daily use. As a side, I also you azelaic acid in the am and wash with CeraVe cleanser twice a day and use CeraVe lotion in the am after the azelaic acid. Azelaic acid is by prescription and is very tolerable once you get used to it; CeraVe is available at walgreen's (and is fairly cheap)
