Let me tell you this, if you don't tell him it's gonna crush you not knowing if he likes you and on the other hand it might crush you too. However, I say to take your time and get up the courage to tell him you like him and then you don't have to worry about it and you don't have to take charge all you have to do is tell him that you like him and if you don't have the courage to do that then ask one of your friends to tell him. Another thing that you can do is write him a note and have a trustworthy friend give it to him. By trustworthy friend I mean one who won't read the note.

Listen girl, Don't ever rush and take a first move, he's supposed to start. You just need to give shots (HINTS), especially with your eyes, your smile. This way he knows that you have something for him and if has something for you in back, then you him.
