My daughter has had weight problems since she was young. She lacked attention from her dad, he liked our son better. So she ate, when she ate too much he would nag her, well to a child that was attention. So she would continue to over eat, he would continue to nag. Think, why and when are you eating???? For the next couple days pay close attention to when/why you are eating.
Carbs make you crave food, so the more sweets and white breads you eat, the more you "need" almost like an addiction. I know, I have the same problem. After watching why and when you are eating. Go for 5 days without any, yes any, sugar or white breads, which includes donuts and such. none ! Then after that 5 days is over, go ahead and have some sweets or white bread. You will notice: drowsiness, shakes, cravings for more, and the more you eat the more you need. The next day start the Rice Diet, mostly brown rice and fruit and veggies for a couple then you get to eat more. You will lose weight quickly on this diet. The link is below, it will give you all the info you need for the Rice Diet. I lost 30# in less then 2 months.

The Weight Watchers suggestion was excellent. Mainly because they don't teach you to starve yourself, they teach you how to eat. You might also want to ask your parents to take you in for a complete physical. If you already eat right and are active, it could be an underlying medical problem.
And if this guy would make fun of you because of your weight, why would you want him? He wouldn't be a very nice person if he did that.
If you're wanting to look 'hot', it's all in the attitude. Look at yourself in the mirror, look how beautiful you are. It doesn't matter if you weigh 108 lbs, 158 lbs, or even 258. Feeling great about yourself is what makes women attractive to men. Show how confident you are and they'll be crawling at your feet, just don't become obnoxious.

Make sure you eat breakfast (helps your metabolism burn more calories during the day). A good breakfast, cereal, cottage cheese, toast, yougurt- not poptarts, donuts etc. Eat a good lunch and dinner with vegtables, fruit, and lean meats (chicken, fish). Exercise at least three times a week, you can start at 10 min then work your way up to 30+ min. Make sure its fun..do a kickboxing tape, pilates, or you can just run! Another thing I heard is dont eat after 7/7:30pm, because your body doesnt burn the calories as well when you go to sleep later. If you stick to this, you will see results but it will take a while! Dont give up! Good Luck!

hay darling. u r very young. do not worry. u still have time to control it before it get worse. what u can do is, avoid junk food. eat healthy like take more fruits& vegies. do not forget to exercise everyday at least for 30 minutes. thats the only way to burn up calories & shed away the fat. in fact it makes your body more firm. you r still young & in the growing period. so u need healthy diet. u r 5'1 now. u can still grow taller if u want. make sure u take calcium which can b consume from milk. & drink plenty of water. minimum, 8 glasses per day.
remember not to do this because of someone else. do it for yourself. because if u do not know how to appreciate yourself then nobody's will. it must all starts from u. u r beautiful in ur own way.

You have to lose the weight for yourself, not some boy. Talk to your mom and let her know you are concerned about your weight. Is she heavy? Maybe you could work on this problem together. You are young and will need to eat right, but healthy. You need fruits, veggies and protien to develope properly. Try exercising, like roller blading, bike riding and walking or hiking and dancing. You should also talk to your family doctor, he should be able to give you a diet that will give you allthe nutrients you will need.

jumping on trampolines is actually one of the best exersize you can get. just put on your iPod, or CD player, and go out and jump on the trampoline. If you are listening to music, or if your with a friend, the time will go by really fast, and you'll be jumping for all that time. Just think about it, songs are usually about 4 minutes long. so if you listen to just 5 different songs, you've already been jumping for around 20 minutes!
also, jogging, and WALKING are really good. but if your walking slow, it wont help you have to keep a steady pace with walking.
also smoothies are good. add a lot of fruit to it like strawberries, apples, bannans, pineapples, peaches, and apple juice with ice.
Also, drink water.. ALOT!! water is 0 calories, plus it helps speed up your matabolism. meaning your body will burn calories quicker!

I lost 45 lbs. Intense running in the mornings so that will take away your appetite and quiken your metabolism. Eat healthy only. Whole wheat bread, chicken breast, fruits and veggies. Something sweet? Dried fruit and apples dipped in honey. It feels great to shed does disgusting pounds. I've done it and so could you. Good luck dear.
Also, eat in smaller portion 6 times a day. This will quiken your metabolism.

drink lots of water. eat breakfast and atleast one other whole meal a day. By whole meal, I mean real food, so you have ATLEAST two complete meals a day, maybe three, which is ideal. But you can't snack at all inbetween. Lots of exercise, swimming i great for the whole body, and a fun way to lose weight.
