Dude you are only 13 you are just a kid .. whenever you get into High School you will stretch out, trust me. Everyone develops a little belly in their lifetime especially as a child while growing up, you can't be skinny forever! Don't worry about it .. I promise by the time you hit your sophomore year in high school you'll be about 125 pounds and about 5'10" ... hope this helps :)

If your eating habits are not healthy, change them. Healthy eating is important to establish early in life. When you're a kid, you might be able to eat ice cream and cookies constantly and not gain a pound, but your body is changing and so is your metabolism. Follow the food pyramid or whatever they teach you in school to plan your meals. Also, make sure you get lots of exercise. I'm not saying you should plan a major workout routine like adults do, but get outside, run around, play sports. You are not overweight (and trust me hunny, if you were fat, other 13 year olds would let you know that you were fat), but as you're growing your body fat to muscle ratio may not be right for your height and your age. You are young enough that if you eat healthy and stay active, you should have no problems with your weight for the rest of your life! Good habits are best established when they are begun early in life!

Girl you are perfect! Trust me, I weigh and measure kids, teens, and adults all day at my job. You are just at an age where you have unreasonable expectations of what you should look like. Your body is changing shape like it's supposed to. You are developing a woman's body and you are and will be beautiful if you believe in yourself and keep eating healthy and exercising on a regular basis. Remember, what you see on TV, in the movies, in magazines, is not a healthy reality. It's powerful imagery, but it's not a healthy image.

If you don't focus on it, and you just enjoy the fact that you are not an overweight CHILD...you will mature into a normal teenager. If you do focus on it, you will eventually have an eating disorder and probably end up fatter. You are fine, just enjoy your life and be happy that you are healthy. You could not possibly "look fat," that is all in your head.

Crunches , some people really have to work at the abs .Your stomach can seem to stick out even though you are not overweight if you have weak muscles.

you are not fat. don't worry about your stomach. your fine. however if you really dont like your stomach, do crunches on a daily basis. not little skimpy head bobble crunches, real, actual crunches.
