a nice really strong one with high alcohol so you both go crazy and start throwing spaghetti & salad around your place and acting like idiots.... whipping meat balls at each other
you cant go wrong with that wine :-)

Chianti, but don't you think it would be more captivating if you made something that a frat boy doesn't know how to make? get a cook book and bake something, lasagna if you want to stick with Italian . or sushi from the local Asian market? anyways Chianti is a basic Italian red wine made from the sangeovesse grape varietal. OH! NEVER MIND! in reading the answers before me I see no-one knows sh!t about wine and why bother trying to dine instead of eat. open up the can of chef boyardee and serve the wine out of a 5 liter box. forgive me I get passionate about food and wine I apologize for my sarcasm

White wine with chicken and sphaghetti and stuff and red wine with steak, beef, pork w/e. You get the drift. Just make it taste good

A Merlot, or a Shiraz.
Of course those are reds. There's no reason you couldn't serve a dry white, like Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc.
