I need as much Dog Show Information as you can give me. Times, Places, Dates, anything! Please!

The BEST place to find information is from your dog's breeder. If they show dogs, they will be more than happy to help you prepare your dog and yourself for the ring. If they don't show, then it's quite possible that yours is not show qualtiy. Your next best bet is to contact your local kennel club and your local Great Dane club. They should be able to point you to some handling classes and give you information on grooming and upcoming shows/matches. I suggest you start by going to shows without the dog and observing and asking questions. Once you actually enter, remember to make it fun for the dog.

Call a dog fanciers club in your area for whatever breed you are interested in. They have breed shows as well as general multi breed shows. Go to the AKC site. They will have a list of organziations and specialized breed clubs with dates, times etc.

Subscribe to the AKC Gazette magazine. With each issue you get the Events magazine that list all AKC shows,obedience trials,rally,agility......ALL events. States,towns,dates, for all.

Your question is too general. You could look up the AKC site and see what shows they have. There are many dog groups now sanctioning shows.

dog shows happen all over the world all the time. Do a search for dog shows. Only AKC recognized breeds can show in ACK events.
