She knows I like her, and I think she likes me. She said she isn't looking for a relationship right now, but definitely wants to get to know me better. How do I interpret this?

If she only wanted to be friends, I'm thinking she would have said Let's just be friends.

she is definately thinking about an excception to her 'not looking for a relationship' thing. u r on the right track. i know this sounds strange but all you have to do to get a girl is have good looks and/or act like a gentleman
she already has her eye on you so keep working on the gentleman part

ask her out on a friendly date. dont push her to do anything she doesnt want and see where it goes. theres no harm in that
