Practice the golden rule! Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. In other words: Give respect. Answer people politely. Use words like "May I, Thankyou, and yes sir." This seems cheesy, but you have to respect yourself too. Learn a trick! Sometimes if you get good a somthing, people respect you for that too, whether its ballet or skateboarding, its somthing you can do that others can't but maybe want to.

Simple.... two things you can do....
it is whether you join politics and win or being a star athlete!!!
Being top of the class can also gain you respect... but mostly they will call you NERD.....
my suggestions are the fastest way you can gain respect from girls.....

Yeah .. show girls you care .. be a gentleman, hold doors open for them or just do little things for them! Show that your a nice guy. With the guys .. just be yourself .. don't go out of your way to befriend someone .. they should like you for who you are!! Goodluck*

its all in how you carry your self. be confident but not a prick. be nice to people but not a tool. defend your self and just play things cool. it happens or it doesnt trust me not being popular in highschool will only suck till you go to college... then pretty muich everyone is a popular kid! haha or just drunk
