my meet, whats good to eat to get engergy and stuff anyone who answers thank you soo much

Cheerios, total, or anything along those lines without sugar. If you fuel up on sugar it will cause you to crash a few hours later and you'll be no good. Oatmeal or cream of wheat may stick longer than cold cereal. I wouldn't do anything greasy like sausage just because you don't want anything too heavy on your stomach that could cause you to get sick after you get hot.
