you will lose more weight quicker if you eat 6 times a day, small, nutritious meals. But if you are going to just have one meal per day it would depend on what and how much you eat and on your exercise habits. Just remember to take your vitamins! Celery is a negative calorie food, that means it takes more calories to eat it than it has in it! Can fill you up too! Keep it in mind for snacks. But regardless of what you decide, you have to eat right to remain healthy.

Less than you would lose if you ate 5-6 small meals a day. Eating only one meal a day would cause your metabolism to be soo slow...therefore, NOT losing much weight. Plus, it's not healthy.

I really don't think almost starving yourself is the best way to go about losing weight.. Eat all the meals you like, but if that's the absolute direction you want to go, I'd say ration what you eat into amounts instead of just only eating one meal, that'll kill your energy. Start counting calories daily and stop eating for the day once you've fulfilled that amount?

it depends on what you ate if it was superlarge with lots of fats and fried foods or a nice meal some fats etc but include some fruits and vegtables i think you should loose some
sometimes it is better if you have small nutrit snack in between the one meal this would help keep your bloodsugar level from sea sawing keeping it more stable at the same time satify you

Eating one meal a day is harmful to your health. You are depriving your body of the nutrients it requires to function properly. You will have better results losing weight if you maintain a low fat, no sugar well balanced diet and exercise than you will if you starve yourself.
