No, because they will not allow you to exchange e-mail addresses. But I did see a couple of ex-girlfriends' profiles on there...lol.

My experience is 5 years ago. I placed an ad to meet someone. Overnight had 16 replies. Out of those 8 sounded like pretty neat people to meet. I started emailing those, ended up meeting one. He was a nice person, very intelligent, in fact a computer programmer for company I worked for, just nothing really clicked, emailed the 2nd one--met him about 2 months later and he is now my best friend in the world, my work partner, and an amazing person who I am so lucky to have in my life, met the 3rd person before things were settled with the 2nd one...and was a great fun person to talk to, much like a brother. We met 2 times and had an online friendship for about 2 years or so before it just faded out.

I met my partner on yahoo. He lived 2 states away and i spoke to him online for almost 2 years till we finally met, he packed up all his things, said goodbye to all his family and friends and moved 2 states to be with me. Never thought i would meet anybody from the net let alone plan to marry anyone that i met online lol. its nuts but an amazing feeling.
I love my bf, hes the best thing thats ever happened to me and he feels just as strongly.
We are pretty much from really different backgrounds, hes australian and im mauritian, different cultures and beliefs but our love and devotion to one another stands out.
We get looked at a lot in the area we live in because we live in a very 'australian' community and for an aussie guy to be seen holding hands, kissing and hugging with a dark girl is super weird to them lol but it makes our bond only closer.
I love my bf more then anything in the world, if it wasnt for yahoo i would never be this happy!

Yes, I met my husband on yahoo personals. I met a few duds but it was fun. I fell head over heels for this one guy and now he is my hubby!
