I feel this is the time for liberals to shine, and for them to go out and "save" our soldiers from iraq, and to bash the crap out of bush because they know that the time is near and bush will soon be out. And it sounds so honest and simple. Dont get me wrong they have good evidence and interesting facts, but if anybody is an expert on all of these issues, it sure as hell isnt the liberals. I do believe that bush has dug himself into a hole and realizes whats at stake if we do pull out, but all these coniving liberals are really stretching the facts, and are coming up with even more ludacris epiphanies. we simply removed a tyrant and felt obligated to help build its government back up. That was a decision to show our stand against violence, and terrorism. Im open minded what are your thoughts.

Ok the violence brought on by saddam and his regime was stopped and we are trying to stop the violence brought on by terrorist attacks. We stopped saddam and wanted to make sure that the next best leader didnt get assasinated and replaced by another saddam.

My thoughts are that it's unfair that everyone's bashing everyone else.
On the other hands, I don't really understand what right we have to attack another country just because they have WMDs (which Iraq actually doesn't); I mean, don't we?
But I don't think we have the right to meddle in the internal affairs of other countries. We simply went into a country, destroyed it's government, killed lots of people and implanted a government just like out own. Do we really have the right to do that? I mean, maybe we have good intent, but how would we like it if some random super power came in and redid out country? I don't think we'd like it very much.
I thought Afghanistan was against terrorism. I didn't think Iraq had anything to do with 9/11...
And how is killing people making a stand against violence?

Everyone has the right to their opinion because we are in America but the way people bash and say such negatives is seriously wrong but people today don't love this country or respect the office of the President like previous genera tons and the liberals are taking it to a whole new level and one day people won't even no what America is about except in the history books.

You are so right on!!!! I too believe Bush has gotten us into a mess but how were we to know that the shi'ites would be so volatile in their reaction to the sunis and vice versa? Their hatred against one another has been so embedded in them for so long that all they seem to know is that Hatred. I wish they would all give peace a chance. And, all you Bush bashers, take heed! You do not have to like him but you do need to show respect for the office he holds!!! That's a fact.

Who knows? Maybe there is a big secret, known as a plan, to us pulling out of Iraq. Why would a leader indulge our secrets so the enemy can see?
