You have every right to be upset. Now i think if you still can follow through with it dont give him the feeling that what he did was right or that you even enjoyed it you were a kid and he had no right to do what he did. I myself have been abused as a kid and i didnt do anything against it today i fear that the same person did these things to other people to because i was too emberrassed too ashamed and to and partly felt guilty for it. Im not telling you what to do i didnt have the courage to take HIM on and now i do regret it.
I wish you the best of luck and hope that although you may or may not get through with this you might find peace eventually

Think about yourself first. If you can truly forgive your dad, then the fact that he has a girlfriend of any age( other than a minor of course), should not make any difference to you in that respect. If it make your wound fresh again then maybe you need to stop trying so hard to forgive him for a wrong he committed to you and your sister in the past. Forgiveness will come and go, and when it does you will know it, just don't try to force it or you will be seriously wasting your time, energy, and emotions. Apparently he likes them rather young, and your best bet would be to stay away from him. i understand the need for a dad, but some things are just not meant to be. Do you have an uncle or someone in your life that sets a good Dad example for you and your sister? Be careful that you do not do the same thing he is doing...Don't look for a father figure in the men you date in other words.
