The ONLY THING ON EARTH that helps you lose weight ANYWHERE on the body (be it belly, thighs, or chin), is burning more calories than you take in. Eat less and exercise more. If you have a belly you are not doing this. Do not go low carb. This is a very dangerous plan. Your bodys favorite energy source is carbohydrates....they feed your brain. Eat lower glycemic carbs (those which break down slowly) to control blood sugar spikes. Barley, sweet potatoes, brown rice. Low carb is dumb.

You didn't specify your age so I'm going to guess that you are pretty young by your picture and name (hey I might be right). As was said previously in order to burn fat anywhere on the body you need to use up more calories than you are taking in. Cardio exercise is the best way to assist you in burning fat, in order to do this you need to maintain a high heartrate (depending on your age) which is good for your heart and body. Also, soda and beer are very bad for you and should be reduced or eliminated altogether if you care about your health, soda is one of the primary reasons that Americans are on average overweight. Also, fat that is overwhelmingly in the abdomen and no where else on women may be a sign of too much testosterone which is primarily caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

exercises but also eat foods in high protein, that will really get you to loose weight. Since carbs, food in high sugar such as; fruits and vegetables, and even rice provide your body with over 50 % of its energy, you will loose weight pretty fast, and when your body receives no energy from sugar it will burn up fat, for energy... thus causing you too loose weight. so eat foods with a lot of protein and hopefully with in 2 weeks it will be gone, but then if you resume your daily eating habits it will also quickly return.
