I don't know what contry you live in - but I live in Canada. We eat lots of cheese in dozens of forms -pizza, sauces, sandwiches, melts, etc. So I would say approximately, 3 or 4 pounds or 2 or 3 Kilo a year per person.

Not very much, don't really like cheese - only when melted like on pizza - then its good. Live in England
