I wont cuse though. even though if he thinks i am quiet that would shut him up more, but i wont do it unless he makes me really really really mad.

The best strategy would be silence! When loud mouths like that want attention they seek to agitate people around them they can't stand so they try to get you upset and worked up which is what is happening with you! Don't give in to him and avoid him altogether! It will eat him alive! Don't give him the time of day because that's exactly what he wants! Good luck!

Tell him that you really don't enjoy his conversation because he is shallow, racist and a pig! Or, you could just tell him to Leave you alone, Or here's a good one - Every time he opens his mouth - start talking about your period. He'll head for the hills and won't bother you for a while - by then he should be buzzing in someone Else's ears. I suggest that you confront him and tell him that you really don't care to speak to him because he is just not fun to speak to and you really don't like the topics he likes to chat about. Good Luck.

You should say:
"Look, we all know that the only people who can insult them is them and you have no right to diss them and everyone you don't like. just bcuz some1 is an easy target or doesn't like you back gives you no reason to be like that. Anyone can be nice to people who like you but it takes a courageous person to like people who hate him/her. So shutup and don't be so mean to everyone cuz the mistakes you find in them are the ones you and everyone else finds in you."

Tell him to stop harassing you. If he keeps bugging you and insulting you consult a teacher or a counsellor of some sort. Make sure you are firm when telling him to leave you alone.

Tell him exactly what you dislike about him. If he is a nice guy he'll try to work it out so that you can both get along

tell him to get a life
i mean, rlly, why is he sticking his nose in everybody else's business? his life must be so boring and nonexistant that he has no other option. sounds like a jerk.
good luck

say something like. " oh you want to talk about people? well there's this one kid who insults people and annoys me so much i wish he would just be quiet is name is ______ *his name*". or just ignore him and let someone else say something. he just wants attention and doesn't know how to properly get it.
